Carmen Rossi is the Principal CEO at 8 Hospitality, a hospitality management company that manages and employs over 700 individuals in the Chicagoland area. He also practices law and formed City Lake Law, a law firm specializing in corporate strategy with clients from the entertainment, real estate, and hospitality industries. In addition, Mr. Rossi started Chicago Knight Life, a company built to involve 8 Hospitality with local Chicago charities. He serves as a commissioner on the City of Chicago Landmark Commission, is a board member of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce PAC, serves on the board of directors, and is the finance chairman for the Illinois Restaurant Association.
